Business Development Manager

We are looking for a Pre-Sales Executive to join our team at at Metla Service Private Limited . The role requires identifying new business opportunities, building long-lasting client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate for this role must have a passion for manpower hiring, excellent communication skills, and a proven record of closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

• Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company growth objectives.

• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.

• Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements with clients.

• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.

• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
