Key Responsibilities:
Generate and convert new business opportunities and corporate clients.
Develop relationships with corporate decision-makers, architects, consultants, PMCs, and real estate professionals.
Handle client meetings, site visits, proposals, quotations, negotiations, and project closures.
Maintain sales pipeline and achieve business development targets.
Identify upcoming projects and build long-term client relationships.
Requirements:
3–7 years of relevant Business Development/Sales experience in the interior design & build industry.
Proven track record of generating and closing corporate interior/fit-out projects.
Strong corporate network and excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
Graduate; MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing will be an advantage.
Knowledge of BOQs, costing, quotations, and commercial proposals is preferred.
