💼 Role: Business Development Manager
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
• Identify & close large institutional deals (schools, colleges, government projects)
• Build strong partnerships with key decision-makers
• Drive individual & team sales targets
• Lead proposals, pricing strategy & negotiations
• Develop and execute business growth strategies
• Mentor and manage BD teams
• Represent the company at events, conferences & exhibitions
• Contribute to branding through content and thought leadership
🎯 Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree + 4–8 years of experience in EdTech/B2B sales
• Candidates with experience from BYJU'S are highly preferred
• Proven track record in closing high-value deals
• Strong leadership & stakeholder management skills
• Strategic thinking and analytical mindset
