Business Development Manager — Restaurant Table Advertising

About us
BINTLO runs an advertising network inside restaurants across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. Our QR menu stands sit on the table in front of every family that sits down to eat, and every scan is counted live. We already work with 500+ restaurants and 10,000+ tables, and we've run campaigns for jewellery, beverage and entertainment brands.
What you'll do
You'll sell advertising space on those tables to brands across both states — retail chains, jewellers, hospitals, education, real estate, FMCG, and film production houses.
Build your own pipeline of advertisers through field visits, calls and referrals
Meet 6–8 decision-makers a day and run proper conversations, not drop-offs
Present proposals, negotiate and close
Stay with your clients after the sale: campaign reports, renewals, upsells
Own a monthly revenue target of ₹5 lakh
What we're looking for
3+ years in field sales, ideally B2B, advertising, media or anything sold to business owners
Fluent Telugu, comfortable in English; Hindi is a plus
A real track record of closing, with numbers you can talk through
Existing relationships with local businesses or agencies are a strong advantage
Own two-wheeler and a valid licence
Comfortable working independently, without daily supervision
Graduate in any discipline. MBA is welcome but not required — we care more about what you've closed.
What we pay
₹40,000 fixed per month
10% incentive on revenue you bring in, once you cross ₹5 lakh in a month
₹90,000 a month at target. No upper limit above it.
Fuel and phone reimbursed on actuals
