Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive with 1+ years of experience in IT services sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, building client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth through strategic prospecting and consultative selling.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Lead Generation
Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities through market research and outbound prospecting
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline aligned with revenue targets
Conduct cold calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
2. Client Engagement & Relationship Management
Understand client requirements and align IT service offerings accordingly
Schedule and participate in client meetings and solution discussions
Develop long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients
3. Sales Process Management
Prepare proposals, RFP/RFQ responses, and commercial quotations
Coordinate with technical and pre-sales teams for solution design
Assist in contract negotiations and deal closures
4. CRM & Reporting
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce or equivalent)
Track sales metrics and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports
Ensure compliance with company sales policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field
1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT services
Strong understanding of IT solutions such as Cloud (e.g., Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure), SaaS, Web & Mobile Development
Excellent communication and presentation skills
