Job Location - Keshavpuram, Delhi
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the HoReCa and chemical industry.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hotels, restaurants, cafés, catering companies, distributors, and institutional clients.
Generate leads through field visits, networking, cold calling, and industry references.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations with clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business development plans.
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote the company’s products/services.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, Hospitality, or related field.
12-15 years of experience in B2B sales/business development, preferably in HoReCa, cleaning chemicals.
Strong understanding of institutional sales and distribution networks.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
