Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
Understand client requirements and propose customized marketing solutions
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and pitch decks
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, creative, execution) to ensure seamless project delivery
Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve revenue targets
Track market trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities
Maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide regular updates to management
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
2–5 years of experience in business development, preferably in advertising, media, or BTL industry
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Good understanding of branding, activations, and marketing campaigns
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
