About the Role
We are looking for a result-oriented Business Development Manager from the events, activations, or experiential marketing industry who can drive revenue growth, client acquisition, and strategic partnerships. The role requires strong industry networks, consultative selling ability, and end-to-end ownership from lead generation to deal closure.
Key Responsibilities
•	Identify and develop new business opportunities in corporate events, brand activations, exhibitions, and experiential campaigns
•	Generate leads through industry connects, references, cold outreach, and networking
•	Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, marketing agencies, and brand teams
•	Understand client briefs and collaborate with internal creative & operations teams to build compelling proposals
•	Lead client presentations, pitch decks, and commercial negotiations
•	Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
•	Maintain strong sales pipeline and accurate forecasting
•	Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums for business generation
•	Ensure smooth handover to execution team post project closure
•	Maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business and upselling

•	Excellent pitching, presentation, and negotiation skills
•	Understanding of event production, costing, and feasibility

Eligibility Criteria
•	4–6 years of proven experience in business development within events / activations / experiential marketing
•	Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
•	Existing client base or strong industry contacts preferred
