Business Development Manager

Lead Generation: Identify and cold-outreach decision-makers (Directors of Maintenance, VP of Operations) at commercial airlines, charter operators, and aviation companies.
RFP Management: Lead the preparation, drafting, and submission of technical Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
Client Pitching: Present MRO capabilities, facility capacities, and regulatory certifications (FAA/EASA) to prospective aviation clients.
Contract Negotiation: Drive the bidding and negotiation process for high-value long-term aircraft maintenance contracts.
Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing airline accounts to ensure high client retention and contract renewals.
Market Research: Monitor airline fleet expansions, competitor MRO pricing, and industry trends to identify new business opportunities.
Team Coordination: Work closely with internal engineering and production teams to align client requirements with hangar capacity and delivery timelines.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate logs of sales pipelines, client communications, and revenue forecasts daily.
