Job Description B2B Sales & Distribution Growth Executive
We are looking for a dynamic and result oriented B2B Sales & Distribution Growth Executive to expand our business network and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and onboard new distributors, wholesalers, and channel partners
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing B2B clients
Create and expand the company’s distribution network across target markets
Generate new business opportunities through field visits, calls, and meetings
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and delivery
Conduct market research to identify new business areas and growth opportunities
Monitor competitor activities and market trends
Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates, and distributor performance analysis
Support business expansion strategies to increase market presence
Required Skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Experience in B2B sales, channel sales, or distributorship development
Ability to build long-term business relationships
Good understanding of sales strategies and market expansion
Self-motivated and target-driven approach
Preferred Experience
1–3+ years in B2B sales / distributor management
Experience in FMCG, healthcare, supplements, or consumer products preferred
Goal of the Role
The primary objective of this role is to create a strong distributorship network and grow the business across multiple regions.
