About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Tele callers to join our team in RDC, Ghaziabad. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, and maintaining positive customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

• Make outbound calls to potential customers.

• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.

• Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations.

• Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication.

• Update customer information and call records in the database.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.

• Resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently.

• Coordinate with internal teams for customer support and service requirements.

Required Skills

• Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.

• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).

• Positive attitude and customer-centric approach.

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
