About the Role

We are looking for high-energy, goal-oriented Business Development Executives to join our fast-growing EdTech Sales Team. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about sales, student counseling, revenue growth, and career building.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and working professionals on online & classroom training programs

• Convert qualified leads into paid admissions through effective follow-ups

• Handle inbound & outbound inquiries via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and social media

• Maintain accurate data and track sales pipelines using CRM tools

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

• Build strong relationships with prospects to ensure high conversion rates

• Share regular performance reports and revenue updates with the team

Eligibility & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

• Minimum 6 months of Inside Sales / BDE experience (EdTech preferred)

• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills

• Experience in telecalling, lead conversion, and target-driven sales

• Self-motivated, performance-focused, and growth-oriented mindset

• Hands-on experience with CRM tools is a plus

Language Requirements:

• English – Mandatory

• Fluency in any one regional language:
  Marathi / Bengali / Odia / Assamese / Tamil / Telugu / Kannada or any
