Drive consistent revenue growth by achieving ambitious weekly targets through consultative inside sales, engaging with high-intent, nurtured leads.
🚀 Role Overview
As a Business Development Executive, you will guide parents and adult learners through their enrollment journey. You’ll work exclusively with warm leads who have already attended a demo class, build trust-based relationships, and convert interest into successful enrollments.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
1️⃣ Lead Engagement
Connect with 65–70 highly qualified leads daily via calls and video consultations
Personalize conversations to understand learner needs and aspirations
2️⃣ End-to-End Sales Ownership
Manage the complete sales lifecycle from first interaction to final enrollment
Ensure timely follow-ups and strong conversion rates
3️⃣ Consultative Selling
Conduct impactful 1:1 video counseling sessions
Address objections confidently and influence decision-makers effectively
4️⃣ Revenue Achievement
Consistently meet and exceed weekly revenue targets
Contribute directly to business growth
5️⃣ Seamless Onboarding
Ensure a smooth transition from enrollment to program start
Maintain a high-quality customer experience
6️⃣ Continuous Learning
Participate in structured training programs
