Mission of the Role
Drive consistent revenue growth by achieving ambitious weekly targets through consultative inside sales. Engage with high-intent, nurtured leads and convert them into successful enrollments through value-driven conversations.
Role Overview
As a Business Development Executive, you will guide parents and adult learners through their enrollment journey. You will connect with warm leads who have already attended a demo class, build strong relationships, understand their goals, and help them make informed decisions about our programs.
This is a high-ownership, high-impact role designed for ambitious individuals who thrive in a target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Engagement
Connect with 65–70 pre-qualified leads daily via calls and video sessions
Deliver personalized follow-ups and maintain consistent communication
2. Sales Lifecycle Management
Own the complete sales funnel from first interaction to final conversion
Ensure timely follow-ups and effective pipeline management
3. Consultative Selling
Conduct structured video counseling sessions
Pitch programs based on learner needs and goals
Confidently handle objections and influence key decision-makers
4. Revenue Achievement
Achieve and exceed weekly revenue targets
Contribute significantly to overall business growth
5. Client Onboarding
Ensure a seamless enrollment and onboarding experience
Coordinate effectively with internal teams for smooth handover
6. Continuous Learning
Actively participate in training sessions and skill-building programs
Stay updated with industry trends and best sales practices
