We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) who can identify business opportunities, connect with potential clients, and convert leads into long-term customers for our digital services.
This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy communication, sales, and growth-driven environments.
Generate leads through cold calling, online platforms, and referrals
Pitch Webdock Studios’ services (Web Development, Digital Marketing, Branding, SEO)
Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
Follow up with prospects and close sales deals
Maintain client data and sales reports
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project handover
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Good communication and convincing skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email, CRM tools)
Ability to handle client conversations professionally
Strong follow-up and negotiation skills
Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
Experience:
Fresher or 0–2 years of experience in B2B / IT / Digital sales
Fixed salary + performance-based incentives

₹12,000 – ₹50,000 per month (based on experience & performance)
