We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The role involves identifying potential business opportunities, contacting prospective customers, generating qualified leads, and supporting business growth through outreach and research.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, be comfortable speaking with new people over the phone, and be willing to learn and work in a fast-paced business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential customers and businesses through online research and other available sources.

• Contact prospective customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.

• Conduct cold calling and follow-ups to generate qualified leads.

• Understand the basic requirements and level of interest of potential customers.

• Maintain and update records of leads, conversations, responses, and follow-ups.

• Share interested and qualified prospects with the team for further discussion and closing.

• Conduct basic market and competitor research when required.

• Support different business development activities and growth experiments undertaken by the team.

• Communicate professionally with potential customers and represent the business appropriately.

• Complete assigned tasks and maintain regular reporting of work completed.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Below 10th, and candidates with 0–3 years of experience are welcome to apply. Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Applicants should have:

• Good communication skills in Hindi and/or Gujarati.

• Confidence and comfort in speaking with new people over the phone.

• Ability to handle cold calling and follow-ups.

• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Google, and spreadsheets.

• Good listening and communication skills.

• Ability to follow instructions and maintain proper records.

• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new tasks.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Salary: ₹10,000 fixed per month + performance-based incentives.
