We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team at at Vyze Software Solution Pvt. Ltd. The role focuses on expanding the client base, meeting revenue targets, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The position offers ₹12,000 - ₹18,000 (₹20,000 - Incentive depends on performance) and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate leads through market research, networking, and online platforms.
Reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and meetings.
Assist in developing sales strategies and building proposals.
Maintain relationships with existing clients and explore upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
Maintain and update the CRM/lead database regularly.
Achieve weekly/monthly targets for lead generation, meetings, and conversions.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0 - 1 years of experience. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to close deals effectively, and a customer-focused approach are also essential for this role.
