Business Development Executive –Sales Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling client interactions, promoting residential/commercial properties, and achieving sales targets through effective relationship management and market understanding.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new sales opportunities through cold calling, referrals, site visits, and digital leads.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable real estate properties.
Conduct property presentations and site visits for prospective clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and brokers.
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into sales.
Maintain updated knowledge of market trends, competitors, and property developments.
Prepare sales reports and maintain CRM/customer databases.
Coordinate with legal, finance, and marketing teams for smooth transaction closure.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Skills

Good understanding of real estate market and property sales.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
1–5 years of experience in real estate sales/business development preferred.
Freshers with strong sales aptitude may also apply.

Local market knowledge and networking abilities.
Valid driving license and willingness to travel for client meetings/site visits.
