Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic BDE – HRMS Software Sales to promote and sell HRMS solutions to startups, SMEs, and enterprises. The role focuses on lead generation, client engagement, product demos, and closing software subscriptions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and approach potential clients for HRMS software

• Conduct product presentations and demos

• Understand client HR requirements and propose suitable solutions

• Close deals and achieve monthly sales targets

• Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding and support

• Maintain CRM and sales reports

Requirements & Skills:

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Experience in SaaS / HRMS / software sales preferred

• Target-driven mindset

• Basic understanding of HR processes is an advantage
