Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to support our sales and client acquisition efforts. The role focuses on outbound calling, lead follow-ups, CRM management, and client conversions. This internship is ideal for candidates who want hands-on sales experience while earning performance-based incentives.

Roles

• Reach out to potential clients through outbound calls and messages

• Convert leads into confirmed customers

• Manage and update client information in CRM

• Track and maintain the sales pipeline

• Build and maintain relationships with prospects

• Support business growth through direct sales activities

• Assist in lead engagement through LinkedIn and social media

Responsibilities

• Make daily outbound calls to assigned leads

• Pitch company products/services effectively

• Handle client queries and objections professionally

• Follow up consistently with interested prospects

• Update CRM with call details, notes, and lead status

• Maintain accurate lead records in Excel/Google Sheets

• Prepare daily and weekly sales activity reports

• Coordinate internally for client onboarding

• Work towards achieving assigned sales targets

• Conduct LinkedIn outreach to generate and engage new leads

Requirements

• Any graduate or final-year student can apply

• Comfortable with outbound calling and client interaction

• Willing to work in a target-driven environment

• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Excel

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Prior experience in sales or customer interaction is a plus
