Job description:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to generate and manage business opportunities for software development projects. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a basic understanding of IT services, and the ability to convert leads into clients.

Eligibility / Requirements

• Education: MBA in Marketing (Mandatory)

• Experience: Fresher or 0–1 years in IT sales / business development

• Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of software development, IT services, or digital solutions

• Joining: Immediate joiner preferred

• Laptop: Must have own laptop
  

• Skills Required:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Client handling and presentation skills

• Basic knowledge of SDLC and IT services is an advantage
  

Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities for software development projects

• Communicate with potential clients to understand their business and technical requirements

• Present company IT services including web, mobile, and software solutions

• Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-ups with prospects

• Coordinate with technical and project teams for requirement understanding

• Maintain client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and closures

• It is a Full Time అమ్మకాలు / వ్యాపార అభివృద్ధి job for candidates with 0 - 6 months of experience.
