Key Responsibilities
Handle dealer & distributor queries via calls, emails, and WhatsApp
Manage customer complaints and service requests with timely follow-ups
Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, and Dispatch teams for seamless order processing
Track order status, dispatch updates, and delivery timelines
Maintain and update CRM data accurately and consistently
Prepare daily and weekly MIS reports for management review
Ensure timely resolution (TAT) of all customer queries and complaints
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and distributors
Conduct regular market visits across India to meet dealers and distributors, understand ground challenges, and strengthen relationships
Key Skills Required
Strong communication skills in Hindi & English
Experience in customer handling or client coordination
Good problem-solving and complaint resolution skills
Proficiency in Excel (MIS reporting, basic formulas, tracking)
Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, or similar)
Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
Willingness to travel for market visits
