We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to manage and grow our presence on online marketplaces. The ideal candidate will be responsible for seller onboarding, lead generation, client coordination, and driving business growth through marketplace platforms.
Identify and onboard new sellers/clients on marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.)
Generate leads through calls, emails, and online platforms
Maintain strong relationships with sellers and resolve their queries
Explain marketplace processes, pricing, and benefits to clients
Achieve monthly sales and onboarding targets
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations
Maintain accurate records and reports of daily activities
Good communication and negotiation skills
Basic knowledge of online marketplaces (preferred)
Sales-oriented mindset
Ability to work under targets
MS Excel / CRM knowledge is a plus
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
