Identify and generate new business leads through LinkedIn, calls, emails, and other channels.
Reach out to potential clients & Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Follow up with leads and convert opportunities into business.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, and sales activities.
Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution after client onboarding.
Track market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in Business Development/Sales preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing, negotiation, and presentation skills.
