Job Description

We are is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team in Surat.

The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, connecting with potential clients, understanding their requirements, and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business leads through LinkedIn, email, calls, social media, online platforms, and other channels.

• Research potential clients and understand their business requirements.

• Contact prospective clients and introduce and its IT services.

• Schedule meetings and discussions with potential clients.

• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team for suitable proposals.

• Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and business offers.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and prospects.

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.

• Track leads, follow-ups, meetings, and conversions.

• Achieve assigned monthly lead-generation and business-development targets.

• Explore Indian and international markets for new business opportunities.

Requirements:

• Around 1–2 years of relevant experience in Business Development / Sales preferred.

• Previous experience in IT Sales, B2B Sales, Business Development, or Lead Generation is preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good spoken and written English.

• Strong convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.

• Basic understanding of IT services and digital solutions.

• Good knowledge of LinkedIn and other lead-generation platforms.

• Ability to work independently as well as with a team.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

• Female candidates preferred.

• Candidates based in Surat are preferred.
