Job Title: Business Development Executive

Role and Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities with schools across India
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client experiences
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends
- Prepare and deliver pitches, proposals, and presentations
- Negotiate and close deals with schools and institutions
- Stay updated on The True Topper's services
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop effective campaigns
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 3-4 years of experience in business development or sales
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluency in English
- Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹80,000 per month
