Senior Business Development Executive – Trance Interiors LLP

Location: Thane, Maharashtra | Experience: 2–5+ Years | Department: Business Development / Sales

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Executive to independently generate leads, acquire clients, manage the sales pipeline and achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, references, digital channels and market research.

• Develop relationships with architects, builders, contractors, corporate clients and property owners.

• Identify upcoming residential, commercial and turnkey interior projects.

• Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.

• Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations and follow-ups.

• Coordinate with Design, Estimation and Project teams for proposals and quotations.

• Maintain CRM/ERP, lead pipeline, sales reports and revenue forecasts.

• Develop existing client relationships and generate repeat business/referrals.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Graduate with 2–5+ years of Sales / Business Development experience.

• Experience in Interior, Construction, Real Estate, Pharma, Institutional Sales or B2B Sales preferred.

• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and client-handling skills.

• Proven ability to generate leads and convert opportunities into sales.

• Target-oriented with strong follow-up and relationship-management skills.

• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
