Identify and onboard beauty, skincare, haircare, personal care and wellness brands.

Build relationships with brand managers, marketing teams, D2C founders, agencies and e-commerce partners.
Pitch platform offerings such as product listings, sponsored content, brand pages, coupons/offers, affiliate opportunities, sampling campaigns, influencer collaborations and visibility packages.
Create and maintain a pipeline of potential brand partners and follow up regularly for closure.
Understand brand objectives such as awareness, product launch, trial, traffic, lead generation, sales and community engagement.
Coordinate with internal content, social media, influencer and tech teams to execute brand campaigns smoothly.
Work on monetisation opportunities including paid collaborations, affiliate partnerships, sponsored listings, content partnerships and campaign packages.
Track campaign performance, prepare basic reports and share updates with brand partners.
Stay updated on beauty trends, product launches, D2C brands, influencer trends and competitor platforms.
Support in creating pitch decks, rate cards, proposals and partnership plans.
