Job Requirement: Business Development Executive
Position Overview We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive with expertise in lead generation, telephonic sales, and client relationship management. The ideal candidate should be proficient in MS Excel and possess excellent communication skills with strong command over English.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business leads through research, networking, and telephonic outreach.
Conduct sales calls to prospective clients and convert leads into opportunities.
Maintain and update lead databases using MS Excel with accuracy and efficiency.
Build and nurture client relationships to ensure long-term business growth.
Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with organizational goals.
Prepare reports and presentations to track performance and share insights.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in business development, lead generation, or telephonic sales.
Strong proficiency in MS Excel (data management, reporting, analysis).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to work independently and meet targets under deadlines.
