Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities across Gujarat, building strong relationships within the IT hardware industry, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales efforts and field engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business leads in the IT hardware segment across Gujarat.
Conduct regular field visits (5–6 per month or as per business requirements) across various cities.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
Requirements:
Experience: 1–3 years in Business Development / Sales (preferably in IT hardware or related industry).
Education: Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred, not mandatory).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Willingness and ability to travel across Gujarat.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive approach to sales.
