🔥 Position

Business Development Executive (BDE) / Business Development Manager (BDM)

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with US clients, Direct Clients, MSPs, VMSs, Prime Vendors & Tier-1 Vendors.

• Identify and generate new business opportunities in the US Staffing market.

• Handle client acquisition through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn and other channels.

• Build and maintain a strong client/vendor network.

• Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal recruitment teams.

• Negotiate rates, contracts and business terms with clients/vendors.

• Maintain regular follow-ups and work towards achieving business/placement targets.

• Manage the complete business development cycle from lead generation to closure.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, clients and business activities in CRM.

✅ Requirements

• 6 Months – 5 Years of relevant experience in US Staffing / US IT Staffing only.

• Candidates from other industries/domains will not be considered.

• Strong knowledge of the US Staffing ecosystem.

• Experience with Direct Clients, MSP/VMS, Prime Vendors or Tier-1 Vendors will be preferred.

• Excellent communication, negotiation and client-handling skills.

• Strong understanding of US market timings and business practices.

• Target-oriented with a proactive approach.
