Job Summary

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting revenue growth. This role is ideal for fresher’s who want to start their career in business development, as well as candidates with up to 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate leads through market research, networking, and online platforms.
Reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and meetings.
Assist in developing sales strategies and building proposals.
Maintain relationships with existing clients and explore upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
Maintain and update the CRM/lead database regularly.
Achieve weekly/monthly targets for lead generation, meetings, and conversions.
