🎯 Key Responsibilities

✔ Identify potential US clients, Tier-1 vendors, and staffing partners
✔ Generate leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and online platforms
✔ Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients & vendors
✔ Maintain and update vendor and client databases
✔ Coordinate with the recruitment team for quick requirement closures
✔ Conduct market research to explore new business opportunities

🧠 Required Skills

✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Strong confidence and negotiation ability
✔ Basic understanding of US IT Staffing / Recruitment (training will be provided)
✔ Good email drafting and calling skills
✔ Self-motivated with a sales-oriented mindset

🎓 Qualification

B.Tech | BCA | MCA | B.Sc (Computer Science / IT)
