Business Development Executive

We are looking for a motivated and energetic fresher to join our US Staffing team as a Business Development Executive. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting revenue growth in the US recruitment market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business leads in the US staffing market

• Research potential clients (IT/Non-IT companies, MSPs, VMS portals)

• Reach out to prospects via cold calling, emails, and LinkedIn

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Understand client hiring needs and coordinate with the recruitment team

• Submit qualified candidates to client requirements

• Follow up on submissions, interviews, and closures

• Maintain and update CRM with daily activities

• Achieve monthly/quarterly targets

Required Skills:

• Strong communication skills (verbal & written English)

• Basic understanding of sales/business development

• Willingness to work in night shifts (US time zones)

• Good internet research skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)

• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory):

• Knowledge of US Staffing / Recruitment industry

• Familiarity with terms like W2, C2C, 1099 (can be learned)

• Exposure to LinkedIn or sales tools

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree (BBA, BCom, BA, BTech, etc.)

• Freshers are welcome
