Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive who can generate leads, build client relationships, and drive sales for our IT services and software products. The ideal candidate should be proactive, tech-savvy, and comfortable using modern AI tools for content creation and outreach.

Responsibilities:

• Generate leads from LinkedIn, social media & freelancer portals

• Do cold calling, emailing & client follow-ups

• Sell services: Mobile Apps, Web Apps, AI Solutions

• Promote products: School ERP, Gym Software, Payroll, etc.

• Create basic marketing content (images/videos) using AI tools

• Use tools like ChatGPT, Claude for communication & content

Requirements:

• Experience in IT sales / lead generation

• Good communication skills

• Knowledge of LinkedIn & freelancer platforms

• Basic understanding of AI tools

Compensation:

• Fixed + Incentives (based on performance)

Qualifications:

• Education: MBA or BBA

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Basic knowledge of software and technology

• Ability to generate leads and build client relationships

Experience:

• 6 months - 2 year experience can apply
