Job Description:
We are hiring a Business Development Executive (Inside Sales) for our security solutions business. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations, and converting leads into sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer inquiries via calls, WhatsApp & email
Generate new leads through calling and online methods
Understand customer requirements (site, usage, budget)
Suggest suitable solutions (CCTV, Biometric, Boom Barrier, Access Control)
Prepare estimation & quotation
Do regular follow-up with clients to close orders
Negotiate pricing and finalize deals
Coordinate with technical team for smooth installation
Requirements:
0–3 years experience in sales / inside sales(fresher and experienced apply)
Experience in quotation making & follow-up preferred
Good communication & convincing skills
Basic knowledge of security systems (preferred)
