We are looking for a Business Development Associates to join our team at at Talentforge India Private Limited. The role focuses on expanding the client base, meeting revenue targets, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The position offers ₹25,000 - ₹60,000 and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Freshers to 3 years of sales experience.
Fluent verbal and written English communication is mandatory.
Experience in BFSI, FinTech, or EdTech will be preferred.
Target-driven mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
Experience in high-ticket sales (₹50K+) is an added advantage.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0 - 3 years of experience. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to close deals effectively, and a customer-focused approach are also essential for this role.
