Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Conduct field visits to existing and potential customers.
Maintain and grow relationships with key clients.
Client Coordination
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Handle customer inquiries, provide quotations, and follow up for orders.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and timely delivery.
Market Research & Reporting
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing.
Provide weekly sales reports and forecasts to the management.
Suggest strategies for market expansion and product improvement.
Post-Sales Support
Ensure customer satisfaction and address concerns promptly.
Manage payment follow-ups and ensure timely collections.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
Good negotiation and presentation skills.
Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
Basic understanding of chemical products (preferred).
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).
