Role Overview

We are looking for young, energetic, and confident Sales Executives who can effectively communicate with potential clients, understand their requirements, and convert qualified leads into successful business deals.

This is a client-facing role that requires strong convincing abilities, quick thinking, and excellent interpersonal communication skills. Leads will be provided by the company, and the role primarily focuses on engaging prospects and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with qualified leads provided by the company and understand client requirements.

• Present and explain the company’s PR and media service offerings to potential clients.

• Build strong rapport with prospective clients and maintain professional communication.

• Demonstrate strong persuasion and deal-closing abilities.

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and service initiation.

• Maintain proper records of leads, discussions, and conversions.

• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Eligibility & Skills

• Graduate or pursuing graduation from a recognized university.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong convincing ability and confidence in client interaction.

• Ability to think quickly and handle client objections effectively.

• Smart, proactive, and confident personality with a sales-oriented mindset.

• Prior experience in sales, PR, marketing, or business development is an advantage but not mandatory.

• Freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

Compensation & Incentives

• Basic Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (depending on skills and experience).

• Performance-based incentives on successful sales conversions.

• Opportunity for salary revision after confirmation based on performance.

Work Schedule

Work Mode: Work From Office

Office Location:
Lake Town, Kolkata

Working Days & Timings:

• Monday – Friday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• Saturday: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Sunday: Weekly Off

Probation & Confirmation

• The selected candidate will undergo a 3-month probation period.

• Upon completion of the probation period, a confirmation evaluation/interview will be conducted.

• Based on performance and company HR policy, confirmation may lead to salary revision and permanent employment.
