Key Responsibilities
Generate new client leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking, and references.
Identify companies with active hiring requirements and pitch recruitment services.
Schedule meetings with Director, and Business Head.
Convert prospects into active clients and onboard new accounts.
6 months to 1 year experience in:
Recruitment Agency Business Development
Staffing Sales
Client Acquisition
B2B Sales
Corporate Sales
Excellent communication skills.
Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
Comfortable with cold calling and lead generation.
Knowledge of LinkedIn and Naukri
Maintain CRM/database of prospects and clients.
Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis.
