About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive (Inside sales) to connect with potential business clients through outbound calling. The role involves finding prospective clients, introducing Star Publicity’s services, understanding their requirements and generating qualified leads for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

· Identify and research potential business clients through Google Search, business directories and other available sources.

· Build and maintain a database of prospective clients.

· Make outbound calls to introduce Star Publicity’s advertising services.

· Understand client requirements and identify suitable business opportunities.

· Follow up with interested prospects and schedule meetings or calls for the sales team.

· Maintain accurate records of calls, leads and follow-ups.

· Work towards assigned calling and lead-generation targets.

· Share client and market feedback with the team.

Requirements

· Graduate in any discipline (preferred).

· 1–3 years of experience in Inside sales or business development.

· Good communication skills in Hindi and English.

· Confidence in speaking with clients and handling rejection.

· Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office, Google Sheets and email.

· Ability to research potential clients and generate leads independently.

· A target-oriented approach with good follow-up skills.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in advertising, media, events, IT or digital media will have an advantage.

Female candidates are preferred.
