We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to join our IT sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential clients, explaining IT services, following up with prospects, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new leads through cold calling, online research and other sources.
Contact potential clients and understand their business requirements.
Explain and promote IT/software/digital services to prospective customers.
Handle follow-ups and convert leads into customers.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
Maintain lead and customer details in CRM/Excel.
Coordinate with the internal team for smooth service delivery.
Handle client queries professionally and provide regular updates.
