About the Role

We are looking for a confident and result-driven Business Development Executive who can generate leads, connect with potential clients, and close deals for our digital marketing & creative services.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Generate leads through calls, WhatsApp, email & social media
✅ Pitch services like Social Media Marketing, Ads, Branding, Website, Design & Video
✅ Understand client requirements & suggest best solutions
✅ Schedule meetings and follow-ups with prospects
✅ Convert leads into clients & achieve monthly targets
✅ Maintain CRM / lead sheet and daily reporting
✅ Coordinate with the creative team for proposals & deliverables
✅ Build long-term client relationships

Required Skills

📞 Strong communication & negotiation skills
💬 Confidence in client handling + follow-ups
🎯 Target-oriented mindset
📌 Basic knowledge of digital marketing services
🧠 Good convincing & sales skills
📝 Ability to make proposals/quotations (basic)

Bonus Skills (Good to Have)

✨ Experience in agency sales
✨ Knowledge of Instagram/Meta ads & branding
✨ CRM tools experience (Zoho, HubSpot, etc.)
