Ø . Key Responsibilities (KRA)
1. Partnership & Collaboration Development
Identify and establish partnerships with government departments, CSR bodies, corporates, and NGOs
Build long-term relationships with stakeholders for project collaboration
Liaise with institutions (schools, colleges, training centers) for program implementation
2. Proposal & Fundraising Management
Prepare and submit proposals, RFPs, and concept notes (e.g., government projects like Garima Sakhi Yojana)
Identify funding opportunities through CSR, grants, and institutional partnerships
Coordinate with internal teams to develop strong project proposals
3. Project Acquisition & Expansion
Explore new opportunities for skill development, health awareness, and community programs
Expand organizational presence across new regions and sectors
Develop strategies to scale ongoing projects
4. Market Research & Strategy Planning
Conduct research on government schemes, CSR trends, and social sector opportunities
Analyze competition and identify new growth areas
Develop strategic plans aligned with organizational goals
5. Team Coordination & Support
Work closely with operations, field teams, and volunteers
Provide guidance for project execution and reporting
Ensure smooth coordination between stakeholders and internal teams
