DESIGNATION: TELESALES EXECUTIVE

DEPARTMENT: SALES & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: 6 MONTH TO 4 YEAR

SALARY:- 12000/- TO 20000/- (+ATTRACTIVE INCENTIVE)

We are hiring for Telesales executive Role& Responsibility . Who can drive sales growth, build strong customer relationship , and guide the sales team towards achieving business targets.The candidate should have excellent communication skills, convince skills, and strong understanding of sales strategies.

Job Responsibilities:­

Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads and databases.­

Explain loan products and services to customers.­

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan options.­

Generate and qualify leads for personal loans, business loans, home loans, LAP, and other financial

products.

­

Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.­

Coordinate with the sales and operations team for loan processing.­

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM or Excel.­

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.­

Resolve basic customer queries and provide excellent customer service.­

Requirements:­

Good communication skills­

Basic computer knowledge­

Positive attitude& confidence in calling­
