• Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers.

• Engage with leads generated through various marketing channels and databases.

• Understand customer requirements, preferences, and investment interests.

• Provide accurate information about projects, locations, pricing, and amenities.

• Build rapport with customers and maintain professional communication.

Site Visit Scheduling

• Convince and motivate prospective customers to visit project sites.

• Convert inquiries and leads into confirmed site visits.

• Coordinate with customers and internal teams for site visit scheduling.

• Follow up regularly with customers to maximize site visit conversions.

CRM Management

• Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.

• Track lead status, follow-up activities, customer responses, and site visit schedules.

• Ensure accurate and timely data entry for all customer interactions.

• Generate reports and maintain proper lead records.

Listings & Online Visibility

• Manage and update property listings on various real estate portals and marketing platforms.

• Ensure project information, images, pricing, and descriptions are accurate and up to date.

• Support activities aimed at improving project visibility and lead generation through online platforms.

Follow-up & Coordination

• Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective customers.

• Coordinate with the sales team regarding qualified leads and scheduled site visits.

• Address customer queries and provide timely responses.
