Acquire new B2B clients including advertising agencies, architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, and branding agencies.
Generate leads through cold calling, WhatsApp/email outreach, references, and occasional visits to commercial or industrial areas.
Follow up on quotations, coordinate pricing, customization, and delivery timelines with management, negotiate within approved limits, and close bulk orders with a focus on repeat business.
Coordinate with production teams for feasibility, customization, and delivery, maintain sales pipeline records, and report leads, follow-ups, and closures to management.
B2B sales experience , strong Gujarati & Hindi communication, confident negotiation and follow-up skills, and comfort with client interactions; performance measured by new B2B clients, revenue, conversion, and repeat business; fixed salary with performance-linked incentives based on order value; competitive pricing advantage, strong manufacturing support, direct exposure to decision-makers, performance-driven career growth, and the opportunity to build and lead a B2B sales vertical from the ground up.
