About the Role

Seesham Packaging Solutions is looking for a proactive and organized Business Development Manager to support our daily business operations. This is not a sales or target-based role. The primary focus is on vendor development, customer order coordination, sourcing, and digital marketing support.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new vendors and manufacturers for packaging products.

• Source quotations, negotiate pricing, and compare vendor rates.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers and develop new sourcing channels.

• Coordinate customer orders from confirmation to dispatch.

• Track order status and provide timely updates to customers.

• Follow up with vendors to ensure on-time production and delivery.

• Coordinate with logistics partners for smooth shipment execution.

• Prepare quotations and coordinate with customers regarding product requirements.

• Manage customer and vendor records using Excel or other business tools.

• Create and publish social media posts on platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp.

• Coordinate with the marketing team to promote products and maintain the company's online presence.

• Perform market research to identify new products, suppliers, and business opportunities.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, email, and WhatsApp Business.

• Basic understanding of social media platforms and content posting.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

• Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

• 1–5 years of experience in business development, procurement, operations, supply chain, customer coordination, or a similar role.

• Freshers with strong communication and organizational skills may also apply.

Requirements

• Must own a laptop and have a reliable Wi-Fi/internet connection.

• Willingness to coordinate with vendors and customers during business hours.
