Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client interaction, business development activities, and achieving sales targets. Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, and referrals.

• Connect with prospective clients and explain company products/services.

• Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Schedule meetings and coordinate with clients.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

• Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities in CRM/Excel.

• Achieve monthly business development and revenue targets.

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline.

• Fresher to 1 year of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Customer Service.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and Excel.

• Strong negotiation and convincing skills.

• Target-oriented and willing to learn.
