Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive sales growth in the real estate sector. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and closing property deals for residential and/or commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and manage leads through online/offline channels (portals, referrals, site visits, marketing campaigns)
Identify potential buyers, investors, and corporate clients for real estate properties
Conduct property presentations and site visits for clients
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties
Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat and referral business
Coordinate with channel partners, brokers, and builders
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM
Stay updated on real estate market trends, pricing, and competitor activity
Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities
